DHS-ISC Risk Management Process & Facility Security Committee Training (Virtual)

 

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Facility Security Committee (FSC) members and those involved in making facility funding, leasing, security, or other risk management decisions.  FSC Training Credits: Successful completion of this training will meet the FSC training requirements, as the material in the course matches the material presented in the online ISC training courses.  This course also acts as prerequisite training for the 3-day Risk Management Process course, hosted by OPM.

The virtual RMP training is a two day (2.5 hours each day) ISC instructor-led course covering the Risk Management Process and the roles and responsibilities of the Facility Security Committee or Senior Designated Official. The course is offered at no cost to participants.   We also cover Federal Compliance Reporting and Benchmarks to the degree to which Federal facilities have implemented the policies and standards of the ISC. The Instructional Guide outlines the process which Departments and Agencies should use to implement compliance reporting using the ISC Compliance System (ISC-CS).
